Placement Procedures at IIMs
In most IIM placements there is a procedure followed by the respective recruitment committees. IIM Bangalore conducts its placements through the Campus Recruitment Program (CRP). Generally IIMs sends invitations to a few chosen companies to partake in the campus placements. Further companies have to fill a form to confirm their participation in the recruitment process.
