About IIT Bombay

Admissions to the undergraduate courses of IIT Bombay are done through the Joint Entrance Examination or what is known as JEE . Admissions to the postgraduate courses of IIT Bombay are done mainly on the performance of the candidates in the GATE exam. However, for IIT Bombay Ph.D admissions, professional work experience also counts.
